Background
Pathfinder Services, Inc. began in 1966 to provide vocational services to Huntington County citizens with developmental disabilities. Since that time, several programs have been added for individuals with and without disabling conditions, including Community Connections which provides home buyer education and counseling, downpayment assistance, transitional housing, Individual Development Accounts, and foreclosure prevention. Pathfinder Services, Inc. has a daycare center/preschool, after-school and summer programs for students, an employment placement division, manufacturing center, and residential services. We have programming in 16 counties and serve over 200 individuals each year.

Our Mission is: To enable people experiencing developmental or economic challenges to achieve independence and inclusion by providing social, educational, residential, and work related supports; To look for opportunities to grow and support programs and services that contribute to the community at large; To use a strategy of business diversification to ensure a financially healthy organization.
