    8/31/2005 Developed Southern Farms, a 128 single-family home development in Louisville, southwest Jefferson County.
    8/1/2005 Developing 69 single-family houses in 17 neighborhoods to become permanent public housing, as part of a HOPE VI project.
    7/1/2005 Currently developing Fawn Lakes, a 226 unit subdivision that is the first to utilize the Alternative Development Initiative.
    6/30/2005 Expanded outreach office network to offer persons living in neighboring counties face-to-face counseling in their home area.
    6/30/2004 Developed over 80 single-family residences in Louisville's California neighborhood, while partnering with the neighborhood association for community assessment and revitalization.
    9/30/2004 Enhanced Personal Finance/Financial Literacy curriculum to include "Don't Get Ripped Off," a class that heightens awareness of the high costs of using alternative lending services to all clients. This class is attended upon entering the counseling program, enabling the client to understand the true costs of payday lenders, rent-to-own centers, buy here/pay here and others outside of the housing areanas. The expectation is that more enrollees will more quickly understand the need to resolve credit issues forcing them to use these types of services. This class is in addition to a full predatory lending couse taught near the end of the program.
    7/30/2004 Received a grant for $52,800 from Louisville Metro for housing production.
    1/31/2005 Awarded $126,000 from Housing Partnership Network to provide housing counseling.
    6/30/2005 More than 500 clients were educated on the warning signs of predatory lending. Also, foreclosure avoidance rate for the FY05 was 78%.
    6/30/2005 Raised over $25,000 in FY05 with the Champions of Homeownership luncheon.
    9/1/2004 Assumed control of Greystone Apartments, a 220 unit distressed complex. Rehabilitation of property into Partridge Pointe included not only paint, carpet and appliances, but new management and leasing policies to address maintenance and security issues.
    6/30/2005 Since the inception of the low income housing tax credit program in 1986, The Housing Partnership has assisted in the development of nearly 4,000 units. These units of housing generated an estimated total development cost of $223 million.
    6/30/2004 Assisted 175 families to avoid foreclosure of their home.
    4/1/2005 Obtained an American Dream and Welcome Home grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank. The grant provides additional downpayment, counseling and closing costs assistance to immigrant and disabled families. Total amount of buyer subsidies obtained was $90,000.
    11/30/2004 Awarded contract as off-site developer for the Clarksdale HOPE VI project by creating a partnership with another local, non-profit organization.
    6/30/2006 Enrolled 1,019 persons in home ownership counseling and education program.
    2/28/2006 Completed renovation of 74 units of Bradford Pointe Apartments.
    6/30/2006 Awarded HUD funds totaling $2,628,000 to rehab St. Cecilia School for 30 units of senior housing.
    6/30/2006 Contracted with Louisville Metro to develop 24 single-family houses in the Newburg neighborhood (Brenda Drive).
    6/30/2006 Graduated 352 persons from home ownership and counseling program.
    6/30/2005 Graduated 438 persons from home ownership and counseling program.
    6/30/2006 Assisted 417 families to avoid foreclosure of their home.

    12/29/2006 HPI developed plans to implement a property management division in FY08.

    6/6/2007 Held "Champions of Home Ownership Luncheon," an annual NeighborWorks® America Week fundraising event. Increased donations by 20% over 2006.

    9/29/2006 Restructured the Board of Directors based on a Board Source survey findings.
    1/31/2007 HPI became a member of NeighborWork® America's Campaign for Homeownership.
    1/31/2007 Extended outreach program for Home Equity Conversion to 12 senior groups.
