Background
Formed in 1994 by a community action agency to address affordable housing issues in eight Northwest Iowa counties. Concentrating mainly on rental housing, the organization has expanded its efforts statewide and currently has approximately 1,050 units throughout Iowa.

Mission
To create partnerships with residents and the private and public sectors in order to enhance peoples' lives and revitalize communities through the development and preservation of affordable housing.
