Background
Columbus Housing Partnership has been committed to meeting the needs of our community for affordable housing and homeownership opportunities since 1987, by adding more than 3,200 affordable homes to the Columbus market. CHP has established itself as one of the largest producers of affordable housing in central Ohio by partnering with lenders and businesses, governmental entities, community and faith-based organizations, developers and community development corporations. CHP programs include multfamily rental housing development, lease-option homes, homes for sale, housing counseling and bi-lingual homebuyer education programs, as well as community safety programs and resident services.

Mission

Columbus Housing Partnership provides quality, affordable housing and related services to low to moderate income households in Columbus and the surrounding area.
