Background
Began as a program of Randolph County Housing Authority. Incorporated in 1998 as an independent 501(c)(3). Chartered in NeighborWorks network in 2001. Joined Campaign for Home Ownership and became a NeighborWorks HomeOwnership Center in 2002. Opened new center location in 2003.

Mission
To promote safe, affordable housing, focusing on sustainable homeownership, self-sufficiency, sound environments, healthy quality of life and communities that can sustain these values.
