Background
The Primavera Foundation provides a continuum of programs and services designed to assist low-income or homeless individuals and families in need. This continuum spans a broad range that includes; homeless drop-in centers, emergency shelter, employment and training, affordable home construction, home construction rehabilitation, transitional and affordable housing, financial counseling and home ownership. Homebuyers may qualify for down payment assistance, below market interest rate mortgages and reduced closing costs. Primavera Foundation addresses homelessness and poverty by seeking to eliminate its root causes. Toward this end The Primavera Foundation engages in education and advocacy, job training, affordable housing, affordable homeownership, neighborhood revitalization, life skills training, collaborative referrals and case management.

Mission
The Primavera Foundation provides pathways out of poverty. We promote economic and social justice while working to build a future in which all people are assured basic human rights, a livable income, and safe, affordable housing. The foundation does this through community education and advocacy while providing a continuum of services that address homelessness and poverty.
