Background
Neighborhood Development Services, Inc. was founded in 1985 and is a proud partner with Portage County and other Northeastern Ohio communities in providing affordable housing, homeownership, economic development and community revitalization. We provide assistance to those who are in need including: working families, elderly, children, and new or expanding businesses that are creating or retaining jobs.

Mission
The purpose for which this corporation is formed is to revitalize neighborhoods through affordable housing, economic development, and job creation primarily for the benefit of low and moderate-income households.
