The Navajo Partnership for Housing, Inc. was created in 1996 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation to provide creative opportunities for private home ownership on the Navajo Nation.

Mission
The Navajo Partnership for Housing, Inc. was created to provide innovative and flexible homeownership financing opportunities on or or near the Navajo Nation and empower Navajo families with new knowledge, skills and understanding which will enable them to complete real estate transactions.

    1/17/2001 Completed 50th loan since inception of the program.
    1/17/2001 Selected as the pilot project for the One Stop Mortgage Initiative to demonstrate a model for implementing mortgage financing on trust land.
