Incorporated in 1994 with the belief that a partnership among local residents, financial institutions, businesses and local government working together can stop decline, promote reinvestment, and restore pride and confidence in older neighborhoods.

Mission
The Neighborhood Housing Services of Provo Inc. helps create neighborhoods of choice by increasing homeownership, improving housing quality, and promoting neighborhood unity and leadership. Our vision of the future is to increase our capacity to affect positive change in our target areas, and achieve our goal of neighborhood revitalization.
