Background
NHS of Southern Nevada was incorporated in 1992. NHSSN provides a variety of homeownership programs to all of Southern Nevada, including downpayment assistance loans and Grants. Additionally, the NHS owns and manages 132 multifamily rental properties.

Mission
Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada is a dedicated partnership of committed residents, business leaders, and representatives of government entities. The organization's purpose is to promote neighborhood revitalization in targeted areas and homeownership opportunities throughout Clark County.

    5/27/2007 In 2007, NHSSN celebrated its 15th year Anniversary of service to Southern Nevada. NHSSN recently merged two non-profits into NHSSN creating a collaborative agency with a miriad of housing services to provide to the residents of Southern Nevada.
