Founded in 1991 with the belief that a partnership among the community, local businesses and government sectors can work together to address the lack of affordable housing in Corvallis.

Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services is a private nonprofit community development organization committed to improving lives and strengthening communities through quality affordable housing, homeownership, economic opportunity and community partnerships.

  • Owned or managed 298 rental units.
  • Invested $503,445 in the community through Corvallis Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc.'s revolving loan fund, which leveraged $23,201,547 from conventional lenders and other sources.

    11/19/2008 We are in the process of merging with Linn County Affordable Housing in Lebanon, Oregon. Due to this merger we now offer the housing rehabilitation program.
