Background
The NHS of Richland County was incorporated in 1983 and provides services for all of Richland County. Primary services of the NHS of Richland County include owner-occupied rehabilitation lending; rental rehabilitation lending, and home-ownership lending (down payment and closing costs). NHS services also include property management of the historic Park Hotel Senior Citizen Apartments and annual fundraising events.

We are neighbors helping neighbors to revitalize our communities through a variety of housing, education and community projects. NHS of Richland County is committed to promoting community improvements and enhancing the quality of life for all Richland County and eligible Southwest Wisconsin residents, particularly those with limited resources.
