Mission
To revitalize neighborhoods by providing quality affordable housing options, education and services to low and moderate income families. The corporation has developed three areas of program concentration to address the barriers to community stabilization. These three programs are: Campaign for Homeownership, which provides homebuyer education, counseling and lending services; Community Development, which provides new ownership opportunities to lower income families through new construction, rehabilitation and renovation of existing properties and community services programs(e.g., Paint the Town-a free paint benefit for low income senior and disabled homeowners); and, Property Management, which provides access to quality, affordable rental properties to low and miderate income families.
