Background
Founded in 1981 by a partnership of local residents, businesses, and local government working together to revitalize Scranton neighborhoods, promote reinvestment, restore pride and the quality of life.

Mission
To revitalize Scranton and Lackawanna County neighborhoods by empowering individuals to have pride in their homes and communities. Funding, counseling, and technical assistance for home ownership and home rehabilitation are provided by gathering resources from community members; both private and public sector.
