Background
Dayton's Bluff NHS (DBNHS) was incorporated in 1980 and has provided services in St. Paul's Eastside since 1981. Primary services of the organization include owner-occupied rehab lending and construction management, home-ownership education counseling, and financial entry assistance, purchase-rehab-resale and new construction.

Mission
The purpose of DBNHS is to renew pride, restore confidence, promote reinvestment and revitalize the NHS neighborhood(s) through the efforts of local residents acting in concert with financial institutions, the insurance industry, corporate enterprise and the business community, community organizations, foundations and government.
