NHS of Beloit Inc. provides programs in five categories: education, lending, real estate development, community building and property management. Services are focused in four Beloit priority neighborhoods; however education and activity occurs throughout the City of Beloit, Wisconsin.

    11/30/2005 Through a partnership of residents, the City of Beloit, the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) and NeighborWorks America, NHS broke ground on five new infill construction sites.
    5/21/2005 NHS began offering homebuyer education classes in Spanish.
    2/10/2006 Neighborhood Housing Services of Beloit and their NeighborWorks affiliate organizatins in the state, executed an umbrella contract with the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) for a shared 2.1 million dollar line of credit to support local development activities.
