With these three programs PNHS has been able to provide homeownership education, low interets loans, emergency grants and foreclosure counseling to the residents of the greater San Gabriel Valley. PNHS is a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and is certified by HUD to provide counseling for pre purchase and post purchase clients.
