Step	Action
1	NeighborWorks Fact Sheets (NFS) will display the general info. data.  Click on Edit.
2	NFS will display the data entry form, enter any updates: [Name of the organization is entered by NeighborWorks® America] * Street Address Line 1 and  2 * City, * State, * Zip Code – 5 to 9 digits   Mailing Address Line 1 and 2   City, State, Zip Code – 5 to 9 digits * Ext – numbers only   * Phone – enter as ###-###-#### * Fax – enter as ###-###-####   Website – enter as www.orgname.org    Full Time Staff – enter as whole number, or leave blank if not applicable.   Part Time Staff – enter as whole number, or leave blank if not applicable.  * Background – Date of incorporation and history of organization.  Max 2,500 chars * Mission – Brief statement of organization’s mission taken from org’s strategic, business and/or operating plan.  Max 2,500 chars * = Required data, cannot be blank.
3	Click on Reset to start again or undo the data entry.  Reset is similar to <ESC> key.
4	Click on Save.  This will save all the changes as “draft” status.  Note:  Upon saving, if user does not enter required data, NFS will prompt for required data below the data entry box.
5	Click on the Submit.
6	NFS will prompt a message:  “The updated data will be submitted to NeighborWorks® America District Office. The data will need to be approved by NeighborWorks® America District Office.” Click on OK to accept or Cancel. This will change the data from “draft” status to “pending approval status.  It will also email an alert to NeighborWorks® America District Contact to review the submitted data and approve the data.  Note:  NFS will not reflect the changed data until NeighborWorks® America has approved the data.
7	Option to click on Submit OR click on Reject.  Note:  Reject button only exists if there is a “draft” data that was saved before. Reject will undo all the saved changes.  Once rejected, there will be no “draft” status data.
8	Click on Reject to undo all saved changes.  NFS will prompt a message:  “Are you sure you want to reject and undo the saved changes?”  Click on OK to accept or Cancel.
